Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Pelican741 Gaming Café services (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pelican741 App, Website, or visiting our café in person, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available on our app and website). Pelican741 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Service Use

You may use Pelican741’s services only if you are legally eligible and accept all Terms and conditions. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and agree to provide accurate and current information.

 

Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through the Pelican741 App or Website.

You must provide accurate details, including valid contact and payment information.

By booking a slot, you enter into a service contract with Pelican741 for the use of gaming equipment at our premises.

Age-Appropriate Content : It is your responsibility to ensure the selected game is suitable for the age of the user.

Pricing : Prices listed on the platform are current at the time of booking. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.

In case of a pricing change after booking, our team will notify you immediately.

Pelican741 reserves the right to alter the game lineup, console availability, and pricing at its discretion.

Payments: Full payment must be made at the time of booking for online payments.

For cash bookings, payment must be made at the beginning of the rental period.

Online payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways. Pelican741 is not responsible for payment issues due to third-party providers.

In case of double payments, manual verification will be conducted, and the excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Slot Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the slot time are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Cancellations within 4 hours of the slot or after the slot time are non-refundable.

To cancel a slot, you must use our portal or contact our support team.

No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the café during your booked time and no prior cancellation was made, the booking is marked a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Double Payment: In case of duplicate transactions, Pelican741 will verify records and refund the excess payment to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refund Timelines: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from approval and credited to the original mode of payment.

Actual credit timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

 

Offers, Discounts & Cashback

Offers and promotions (e.g., Cashback, Referral Bonus) are time-limited and subject to change without notice.

Once an offer period ends, no claims for cashback or discounts will be entertained.

Pelican741 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or revoke any offer without prior notice.

 

Service Limitations

Pelican741 does not offer home delivery of game consoles.

Delays due to power outages, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not hold Pelican741 liable.

If Pelican741 cancels your booking due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Maximum liability of Pelican741 in any such case will not exceed the rental fee paid.

 

Personal Information & Privacy

By using our Service, you authorize Pelican741 to collect and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. While we maintain robust security, we cannot guarantee the Service is completely immune to hacking or cyber threats.

Pelican741 may disclose your information if required by law, government authorities, or court orders.

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property—including but not limited to logos, content, text, design, trademarks, and media—belongs exclusively to Pelican741 or its licensors.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of our content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or materials shared with Pelican741 become its sole property and may be used without acknowledgment or compensation.
